Introduction

In today’s fast-paced digital world, quality sleep is often sacrificed to meet work demands, social commitments, and constant screen time. Yet adequate rest is essential for maintaining physical health, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and overall productivity.

Prioritizing sleep means creating healthy habits such as limiting screen use before bed, maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, and establishing a relaxing bedtime routine. Making sleep a daily priority helps improve focus, strengthen immunity, and support long-term health.
